Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

Frasers Hospitality, a global hospitality leader, is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of all allocated rooms within the daily task rota in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with stock control and inventory checks
  • Responsible for carrying out checks on the rooms which have been cleaned to ensure property standards have been met
  • Knowledgeable in the facilities the property offers to its guests
  • Work with the Management team in creating a positive work environment for not only the Housekeeping department but all team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service
  • Enjoy working as part of a team who all share the same passion – to create memories that our guests will remember
  • Willingness to build upon leadership and team management skills
