About the Role

We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Senior Executive to join our team at Brimstone Consulting. As a key member of our eDiscovery team, you will be responsible for managing multiple eDiscovery matters, including day-to-day engagement with instructing team members, liaising with stakeholders, partners, and associates of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing eDiscovery Matters
    • Identify and understand client needs
    • Manage multiple eDiscovery projects simultaneously
    • Collaborate with case teams, eDiscovery team, and service providers
  • Data Processing and Management
    • Process data in Relativity and Nuix
    • Maintain the integrity of data, including evidence handling, processing, and data tracking
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Mentor junior team members
    • Act as a bridge between junior and senior team members
    • Proactively QC junior team members' work
  • Process Improvement and Quality Control
    • Design and implement defensible workflows
    • Ensure internal procedures around quality control are followed
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Report on the progress of assigned tasks in a concise and timely manner
    • Communicate with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2+ years of eDiscovery experience in a law firm or service provider
  • Deep understanding and practical day-to-day use of eDiscovery technology, specifically Relativity and Nuix
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Experience working within a similar team at the required level
  • Expertise supporting document reviews and case work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
