About the Role

We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Senior Executive to join our team at Brimstone Consulting. As a key member of our eDiscovery team, you will be responsible for managing multiple eDiscovery matters, including day-to-day engagement with instructing team members, liaising with stakeholders, and advising on best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing multiple eDiscovery matters, including data processing, data ingestion, database setup, searching, production, threading, near de-duplication, clustering, and active learning.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including partners and associates of the firm, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Advising on eDiscovery processes and protocols, including communicating with Client Technology/Litigation Support representatives of clients.
  • Maintaining the integrity of data, including evidence handling, processing, and data tracking.
  • Collaborating with managers and other personnel to design and implement defensible workflows as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of eDiscovery experience, preferably in a law firm or service provider environment.
  • Deep understanding and practical day-to-day use of eDiscovery technology, specifically Relativity and Nuix.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, including effective collaboration with case teams, eDiscovery team, and service providers.
  • Experience working within a similar team at the required level.
  • Expertise supporting document reviews and case work.
