Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Next Employment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our people leaders, you will play a key role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with functional leadership teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Embed people strategy and operational excellence in all HR practices to drive business outcomes.
  • Advise and support leaders and employees to implement people policies and ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Lead leadership recruitment, compensation, and displacement activities to ensure the right talent pipeline is in place.
  • Consult with leaders on employee issues, including disciplinary matters, employee development, retention, compensation philosophy, restructuring, and organizational development needs.
  • Fully embed talent management philosophy and support leaders in assessing the skills and development needs of emerging leaders.
  • Work with leadership teams to evaluate training needs and provide support in developing learning strategies and priorities.
  • Lead transformation and change management activities and provide support on employee engagement initiatives arising from annual surveys.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and project management support in the development and deployment of people initiatives aligned to business priorities.

You should be CIPD qualified with a strong background in business partnering within insurance, financial services, or professional services. You should be able to evidence your ability to build strong and lasting business relationships, have a mentoring style, and be happy to retain hands-on involvement with the business. You should be able to travel within the UK to give face-time to all of your population.
