Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page Human Resources. This rewarding role will support our clients across EMEA and Asia, working closely with a junior HR Business Partner.

About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our clients, including:

  1. Full HR lifecycle responsibility, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  2. Managing a junior HR Business Partner to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  3. Consulting with leadership to assess talent needs and develop HR strategies that drive business growth.
  4. Redesigning policies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our clients' overall business strategy.
  6. Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  7. Supporting business needs through robust and efficient HR practices.
  8. Overseeing the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
  9. Ensuring legal compliance throughout all human resource management.
  10. Liaising with our US HR team to ensure seamless global HR support.
  11. Compensation analysis with managers to ensure fair and competitive compensation packages.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner who has:

  1. Deep experience in a fast-paced Hedge Fund or Asset Management firm as a Senior HRBP.
  2. In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  3. Demonstrated ability to strategise and implement HR policies that positively impact business growth.
  4. Potential for a bonus of up to 25% of annual salary.
