Administrative Support Assistant - MHSOP

This role involves managing various administrative responsibilities and clerical tasks as assigned by the Ward Manager or Senior Clerical Staff for Inpatient Wards and Day Hospital Units.

Key Collaborations:

You will interact with: Medical Records personnel, Outpatient departments, Directorate Management Teams, Clinical and Medical Ward Staff, as well as other departments within the organization, additional hospitals, and relevant external health agencies.

Primary Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity exists for an Administrative Support Assistant to become part of the MHSOP administration team.

We seek an individual who is enthusiastic, organized, self-driven, and thrives in a dynamic environment. The role of Administrative Support Assistant requires proficient computer skills; however, training on specific systems (such as PARIS) will be provided. Candidates should possess strong communication abilities and enjoy engaging with new individuals, along with the capacity to prioritize their workload effectively in a multidisciplinary setting. Proficiency in Welsh is advantageous for this position; applications are welcome from both Welsh and/or English speakers.
