Job Title: IFA Administrator

Join our team at Finlink Ltd as an IFA Administrator, where you will play a vital role in supporting our advisors and paraplanners in delivering exceptional client service.

About the Role

As an IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing for annual reviews, arranging meetings, processing new business, and handling ad-hoc requests. You will also build effective relationships with clients, communicating with them via telephone and email to provide the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support advisors and paraplanners in preparing for annual reviews and arranging meetings
  • Process new business and handle ad-hoc requests
  • Build effective relationships with clients through telephone and email communication
  • Develop knowledge of investments products and experience using CRM systems

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with 2+ years' experience in an IFA Administration role and working towards being level 4 qualified. You should have knowledge of investments products and experience using CRM systems.
