Client Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior paraplanners and financial advisers in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional aftercare to our existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Support our advisers with information requests, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  3. Organize and manage campaigns throughout the year to ensure relevant allowances are utilized effectively.
  4. Assist with top-ups, transfers, and withdrawals, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  5. Manage the client annual review process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  6. Send quarterly valuation reports to all clients, maintaining open communication channels.
Data Processing and Analysis
  1. Input and update client information into our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  2. Generate reports to monitor company performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  3. Develop CRM processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, streamlining client services.
  4. Utilize mail merges to contact clients for unused allowances and annual review reminders, maintaining a proactive approach.
Continuous Improvement
  1. Maintain Continuous Professional Development (CPD) by attending seminars and completing exams, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  2. Internal and external file checks, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  3. Utilize our compliance help desk to stay informed about regulatory changes, ensuring our services remain compliant.
Requirements
