Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team at Case Management Cymru. The successful candidate will provide support to vulnerable women in Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, and will work closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional and practical support to women who require assistance with daily living tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Work closely with the Case Management Cymru team to ensure that clients receive a seamless and comprehensive service.
  • Contribute to the development of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the evaluation and improvement of services.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a non-judgmental approach to working with vulnerable individuals, and a commitment to providing high-quality support services.

Working Arrangements: This is a part-time position, working 15 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay and Benefits: The hourly rate for this position is £14.00. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
