Key Responsibilities:- Manage vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Act as a liaison between the company and its vendors, promoting collaboration and driving operational efficiency.
- Support the introduction of new services, reporting, and forecasting operational budget spend and future demand.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, make recommendations to management, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain contracts and services database, aid management reporting, and contribute to data improvement initiatives.
- 5-10 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and management.
- Certifications in Supply Management (CPSM) and Supplier Diversity (CPSD) are preferred.
