Fleet Operations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Specialist to join our team at Apex Resource Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and defining vehicle requirements for each project, maximizing vehicle usage, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to plan and define vehicle requirements for each project.
- Maximise vehicle usage, manage transport logistics, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Address and resolve vehicle concerns raised within the business, ensuring timely updates.
- Oversee the vehicle disguise strategy, including sourcing and delivering appropriate disguises.
Key Qualifications:
- Financial awareness and understanding of financial limits related to your area of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence colleagues at various levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially for cross-functional challenges.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and risk assessment completion.
- Proficiency in German is preferable but not essential.
