Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and its vendors, promoting collaboration and driving operational efficiency.
  • Support the introduction of new services, reporting, and forecasting operational budget spend and future demand.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals, make recommendations to management, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to data improvement and value initiatives across functions and groups.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, and performance management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD).
  • Experience with contract negotiation, vendor performance management, and supply chain management.
