We are committed to supporting the decarbonization of the global electricity sector by focusing on the development of turnkey PV plants and battery storage projects. We perform all integral services of the value chain, from development, financing, and EPC, to O&M and asset management.

About the Role

This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and mitigating risks throughout the pre-construction and construction phases of our solar projects. You will be the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, playing a vital role in project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for the development team during pre-construction and construction phases.
  • Act as the primary liaison with local councils and other statutory stakeholders throughout pre-construction and construction.
  • Effectively manage development and compliance risks by creating action plans to mitigate potential issues.
  • Communicate all necessary compliance requirements to the EPC team, ensuring their understanding of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Review the activities of the EPC team and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Support the Development Implementation Manager in formulating and executing their vision and strategy.
Your Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of the UK planning process and environmental consenting regimes.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in project development or compliance within the renewable energy sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of key milestones, risks, and regulations associated with pre-construction and construction activities.
  • Experience with solar and/or battery storage planning is highly desirable.
