About the Role

Kingspan Data & Flooring is a leading manufacturer of construction materials, and we're seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to help drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a localized marketing strategy to achieve business goals and objectives in line with the global Kingspan brand and marketing approach.
  • Collaborate with other departments and manage external agencies to execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, web, SEO, PPC, and display advertising.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results.
  • Review competitor and customer market insight to inform key marketing decisions.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in marketing and digital technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Ensure full marketing product compliance and alignment to the Kingspan Marketing Integrity Manual is applied across the Marketing Division.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level in a Marketing/Digital Marketing discipline, or hold equivalent experience in a Marketing Manager role.
  • Proven success in either an agency or in-house marketing role, preferably from the construction industry.
  • Experience executing campaigns via Salesforce or similar CRM tools and the ability to take the lead as the local Salesforce ambassador.
  • Must possess a positive 'can-do' attitude who is a collaborative team player, eager to jump with flexibility for some travel as and when required.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to self-manage as projects are assigned.
