Job Title: Business Development Director

Join Northstar Travel Group, a leading global B2B information and marketing solutions company, as a Business Development Director. This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of key client-led partnerships through face-to-face meetings and global industry events.
  • Identify and source new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build relationships with key customers at all levels, understanding their needs and developing solutions that meet their business goals.
  • Contribute to the development of the strategic proposition of the BTN Group to support increased revenue and new product development.
  • Work closely with editorial, research, marketing, and commercial teams to support the overall objectives of the BTN Group.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in creating multi-channel marketing solutions that incorporate information services, print, digital, and events.
  • Delivering ROI: A proven track record in delivering a tangible ROI for the client and the business.
  • Experience in creative solutions that meet the goals of the clients and the revenue objectives of the business.
  • General business awareness: Show evidence of developing effective advertiser partnership strategies that focus on delivering short-, medium-, and long-term revenue goals.
  • Creative thinking: Ability to identify opportunities and develop new initiatives and compelling creative solutions.
