We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager at Epsilon. As a trusted marketing consultant, you will be responsible for leading creative development and strategy to retain and grow business for our portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute personalized digital strategies, leveraging creative and strategic thinking, commercial acumen, data, and insights.
- Lead integration for new and existing brands onto the Epsilon platform, designing, developing, and implementing creative and technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Mentor and train junior team members and new starters within the Account Management team.
- Collaborate with internal Epsilon Specialist teams to deliver exceptional client services.
- 2-4 years' experience within the digital marketing landscape, agency or client side.
- Highly organized with experience in project management.
- Creative thinker and strategic problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Knowledgeable about the digital industry and motivated by its evolving nature.
