Job Title: Tenancy Sustainment Officer

This role is based in the Housing & Neighbourhood's Tenancy Enforcement & Sustainment Team (TEST), where you will provide support on two key functions:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguarding: Assist in ensuring the safety and well-being of tenants, while maintaining accurate records and data.
  • Training and CPD Delivery: Support the development of training programs and deliver training sessions to Housing staff, focusing on tenancy sustainment and enforcement.
  • System Management: Maintain up-to-date Housing systems, ensuring accurate information and efficient data extraction.
  • Referral and Data Management: Process and respond to referrals, utilizing various systems to record and extract data.
  • Practice Development: Assist in researching cases, attending multi-agency meetings, and analyzing data to inform practice development.
  • Training Administration: Organize training sessions, lead on system administration, and book arrangements.
  • IT and Record-Keeping: Possess excellent IT skills, maintain accurate records, and demonstrate sound written and verbal communication skills.

This role requires a self-motivated and resourceful individual who can work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on tenancy sustainment and enforcement.
