Job Title: Tenancy Sustainment Officer

This role is based in the Housing & Neighbourhood's Tenancy Enforcement & Sustainment Team (TEST), where you will provide support on two key functions:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguarding: Assist in ensuring the safety and well-being of tenants, working closely with the team to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Training and CPD Delivery: Support the development of training programs and deliver training sessions to Housing staff, focusing on topics such as tenancy sustainment and enforcement.
  • System Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within Housing systems, ensuring that data is reliable and accessible.
  • Referral and Data Management: Process and respond to referrals, utilizing various systems to record and extract data, and assist in analyzing and extracting insights.
  • Practice Development: Collaborate with practice development coordinators to research cases, attend multi-agency meetings, and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Training Administration: Assist in organizing training sessions, lead on the administration of systems, and book arrangements.
  • IT and Record-Keeping: Possess excellent IT skills, maintain accurate records, and demonstrate sound written and verbal communication skills.

This role requires a self-motivated and resourceful individual who can work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of the Housing & Neighbourhood's Tenancy Enforcement & Sustainment Team.
