We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team in the Corporate Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting skills, be able to lead and project manage transactional work, and have the ability to translate legal theory into practical advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting principal documents for Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital investments, and Equity Capital Markets transactions
  • Providing efficient professional support to partners
  • Developing professional client relationships
  • Supporting the wider team in developing business and raising the profile of the firm
  • Involvement in marketing events
  • Managing and supervising the work of others, including junior associates and trainees

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of post-qualification experience as a solicitor
  • Excellent drafting skills
  • Ability to lead and project manage transactional work
  • Ability to translate legal theory into practical advice
