Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Edinburgh/Glasgow or Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting skills, the ability to lead and project manage transactional work, and the capacity to translate legal theory into practical advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting principal documents for Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital investments, and Equity Capital Markets transactions
  • Providing efficient professional support to partners
  • Developing professional client relationships
  • Supporting the wider team in developing business and raising the profile of the firm
  • Involvement in marketing events
  • Managing and supervising the work of others, including junior associates and trainees

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of post-qualified experience
  • Excellent drafting skills
  • Ability to lead and project manage transactional work
  • Capacity to translate legal theory into practical advice
