Corporate Senior Solicitor Opportunity

We are pleased to offer a challenging and rewarding Corporate Senior Solicitor position with a highly regarded international practice, based in Central Edinburgh.

This opportunity is well-suited to a corporate lawyer seeking a new challenge and to progress their career, driving growth with a firm noted for its impressive array of clients and regular awards.

You will undertake a variety of corporate instructions including cross-border M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory work.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working closely with the lead Partners, nurturing local and national client relationships, and promoting the growth of the wider business and the corporate team across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake corporate instructions including cross-border M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory work.
  • Work closely with the lead Partners to nurture local and national client relationships.
  • Play a key role in promoting the growth of the wider business and the corporate team across the globe.
Requirements:
  • An established senior corporate Solicitor with a growing network of connections in Edinburgh.
  • A strong work ethic and commercial acumen.
