Job Opportunity

Beaumont Legal Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team in a Senior Associate role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Reviewing Documents: Prepare and review principal documents for Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Venture Capital investments, as well as Equity Capital Markets transactions.
  • Professional Support: Provide efficient support to partners and senior colleagues in the Corporate Team.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the development of the Corporate Team's business and profile, including involvement in marketing events and initiatives.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Manage and supervise the work of junior associates and trainees, providing guidance and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years of post-qualification experience in a corporate law environment.
  • Skills: Excellent drafting skills, ability to lead and project manage transactional work, and translate legal theory into practical advice.
  • Education: Qualified solicitor with a strong understanding of corporate law and regulations.
