Position Overview
We are seeking a Catering Supervisor to oversee operations in one of our high-traffic catering facilities. In collaboration with the Catering Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service by consistently meeting and surpassing established targets and standards. The ability to respond to sudden changes in demand, along with experience in a fast-paced catering environment and leading a team of culinary professionals, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest quality of service is maintained.
- Adapt to last-minute changes in operational needs.
- Lead and motivate a team of catering staff.
Salary and Benefits:
- Annual Salary: £25,350.88 (£13.14 per hour)
- Weekly Hours: 37 hours
- Shift Pattern: A mixture of shifts over 5 days within a 7-day week
