Bellway is a leading UK house builder, and we're seeking a skilled Sales Advisor to join our East Midlands Division's Sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the site and sales complex are maintained to a high standard, providing an excellent customer experience.
- Guide potential purchasers through show homes, stock plots, and site tours, showcasing our products.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system and liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisers.
- Arrange home demonstrations and handovers, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- Assist with customer care issues and defects post-completion.
- Attend and minute weekly Sales/Site Meetings with the Site Manager.
- Experience in face-to-face sales, preferably in a residential house builder environment.
- GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
- Effective negotiation and sales skills, strong communication, and administration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with IT literacy and adaptability.
