Sales Consultant

Bellway is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our East Midlands Division. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the site and sales complex are maintained to a high standard, providing a welcoming environment for customers.
- Guide potential purchasers through show homes, stock plots, and site, demonstrating the product and answering questions.
- Ensure visitors and potential purchasers are aware of Bellway's Health and Safety Policy and are accompanied by a representative at all times.
- Maintain accurate records using Bellway's CRM system and liaise with customers, solicitors, and financial advisers.
- Arrange home demonstrations with the Site Manager and assist with customer handovers.
- Proactively work with Sales Managers and colleagues to suggest ideas to achieve increased sales.
- Experience in a face-to-face sales environment, preferably in residential house building.
- GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
- Effective negotiation and sales skills, good administration skills, and strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with IT literacy and adaptability to new systems.
