- Conduct verification checks on prospective customers, including reference checks, credit assessments, and housing benefit verifications.
- Promote exchange opportunities to existing and potential tenants in partnership with the Housing Options Manager.
- Ensure data protection and integrity, adhering to GDPR regulations and attending regular training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate data processing and recording abilities.
- Effective communication with various stakeholder groups.
- Analytical skills for interpreting data and reaching sound conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with housing systems like Genero and platforms like Touchpoint and SharePoint.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
