  • Process exchange applications, ensuring accurate data recording and timely submissions.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties to verify property compliance with legal and health and safety standards.
  • Conduct verification checks on prospective customers, including reference checks, credit assessments, and housing benefit verifications.
  • Promote exchange opportunities to existing and potential tenants in partnership with the Housing Options Manager.
  • Ensure data protection and integrity, adhering to GDPR regulations and attending regular training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data processing and recording abilities.
  • Effective communication with various stakeholder groups.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and reaching sound conclusions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with housing systems like Genero and platforms like Touchpoint and SharePoint.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
