Biologics Registry Specialist

Maintain the integrity of our biologics registry/database to ensure accurate patient information, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to maintain accurate records. This role requires assisting in the collection, organisation, and input of relevant patient data into the local and national biologics registry/database.

About the Role

As a Biologics Registry Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patients receiving biologics therapies. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate patient records in the biologics registry/database
- Assist in the collection and organisation of patient data
- Input relevant data into the local and national biologics registry/database
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills

Requirements

- Good level of written and spoken English
- Audio typing experience
- Knowledge of Trust Access Policy
- Computer literacy and good keyboard skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proven experience of unsupervised administrative work in a busy office environment
- Experience of accurate data inputting and retrieval
