Job Title: Sales Development Representative, German Speaker

Box is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the initial point of contact for new customers via our sales channels and respond promptly to their inquiries
  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and marketing efforts aimed at creating business opportunities
  • Foster connections with a wide range of clientele and encourage discussions about Box solutions
  • Demonstrate attentive listening skills when understanding customer requirements and articulating how Box can meet those needs effectively
  • Meet established quota targets for territorial revenue growth consistently
  • Adhere to Box's standards when using the Salesforce system while also providing lead metrics
  • Occasionally close deals yourself with smaller organisations
Requirements:
  • Fluent German Speaker
  • Strong interest in transitioning to a role in outbound sales
  • Team-centric mindset - demonstrated ability working well in a collaborative environment
  • Experience in engaging with customers and adept at resolving challenges effectively
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to identify potential customer opportunities
  • Four-year degree OR equivalent professional experience
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in a lead generation role or sales
  • Track record of success in a performance-driven role focused on meeting specific metrics
