Job Title: German Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and near-native German speaker to join our DACH team as a Sales Development Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to develop sales in the German market and support our experienced sales managers in their existing customer retention and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and reaching out to new potential German customers via cold calls, emails, and sales tools.
  • Supporting sales managers with communication to customers, including email campaigns, case studies, and database management.
  • Preparing and participating in industry fairs and events across the UK.
  • Generating new opportunities for sales managers to close.
  • Developing skills to organize and run webinar presentations and software training sessions.
Requirements:
  • A great energy and self-starter attitude.
  • Previous experience in sales is an advantage, but not essential. An understanding of sales combined with a high level of business acumen is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work to KPIs and targets and enjoy smashing them.
  • Near-native German is essential.
About the Role:

The role is based Monday to Friday in Richmond, with monthly travel costs supported. You will speak an excellent level of German and English. The role is to start ASAP with onsite interviews starting next week.
