Sales Development Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at PROS Holdings, Inc. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth for our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in German-speaking markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, including C-level executives and other influencers
  • Qualify and prioritize leads, and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and leverage this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales development, with a strong track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Fluency in German and English languages, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
