Business Development Representative German Speaker

Pareto is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join their team. As a German speaker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, obtaining an in-depth knowledge of the company, its products, and the markets in which they operate, and determining the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward.

About the Role
  • Obtain an in-depth knowledge of the company, its products, and the markets in which they operate to have valuable conversations with clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your personal book of clients through regular contact and impeccable customer services.
  • Schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects, introducing these new leads to the senior sales team.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business fluency in German and English to a business level (essential).
  • Comfortable working in a target driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
