Garden Furniture Department Head

As a key member of our Garden Furniture team, you will provide essential support to our department, working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer queries and complaints with professionalism and refer to the Manager and product Manager when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain excellent computer skills to optimize department performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
