Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team as a Social Care Academy Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering innovative training programs that empower professionals in the social care sector.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver the Social Care Academy programs, ensuring a high level of stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee the development and implementation of training materials and resources.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to identify training needs and enhance service delivery.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, providing outstanding customer service and resolving any queries or concerns.
- Monitor budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have exceptional project management skills, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for the public sector and social care. You will also need to be a meticulous budget monitor and have a dedication to detail.
