Pastry Chef de Partie Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our very talented Pastry Team. As a Pastry Chef De Partie, you will support the Senior chefs in the implementation of the Signature The Londoner Concept.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the junior brigade to ensure a high level of food is always executed in the restaurant.
  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels alongside the brigade.

About You

We are looking for someone who demonstrates passion and culinary standards within a rosette standard operation, either within a hotel or restaurant environment. You will have the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
