Pastry Chef de Partie Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at 5 Hertford Street, a luxurious private member's club in the heart of Mayfair. As a key member of our pastry brigade, you will be responsible for planning and executing daily production, supervising preparation and presentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of our pastry kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute daily production to meet the needs of our members
  • Supervise and assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries and desserts
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private member's club
  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie, preferably in a Michelin-starred restaurant
