Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to join our team at ProSkillz Recruitment Ltd. As a Registered Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing a new EBD children's home in the Coventry area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and support for residents
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the home
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in a children's home setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
