We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead our Large Deal Transformation efforts. As a key member of our Global Solution Engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale transformation solutions for global enterprises, with a focus on driving business value and improving operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and delivery, to ensure alignment and effective solution delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of large deal architects, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in solution domains, with a proven track record of success in architecting transformation and operations solutions.
  • Bachelor or Master-level university degree.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with industry-standard project management methods and tools.
  • Experience working with diverse and globally distributed teams and customers, with international experience a plus.
  • Formal certifications in products and solution domains a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Service Frameworks like ITSM, IT4IT, AIOPs, and tooling platforms like ServiceNow.
  • Project Management and Governance Frameworks like PMI and Prince2.
  • Connectivity Services, Network Underlay and Overlay, Cloud Infrastructure, Managed Security, and other relevant skills.
