Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with team managers to implement effective supervision, appraisal, education, and development programs for staff.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into complaints and issues, ensuring swift and appropriate resolution.
  • Play a key role in driving transformational change initiatives within the EOC, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for local stakeholders and external agencies, representing the EOC effectively.
