About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van Southampton. As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all department administration
- Contribute to a department marketing strategy to promote all products and services
- Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved
- Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally

We are looking for a candidate with a background in administration, preferably within a dealership environment. A level equivalent in Business Studies would be advantageous. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, and a keen eye for detail is required.
