**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to lead our salon channel business in the UK, North & South regions, E-salons, Ireland, and indirect distribution business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and executing sales strategies to achieve our targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the salon channel, working closely with our National Sales Managers and Education Manager to maximize sales opportunities and maintain profitability.
- Drive the long-term turnaround business model for our flagship salon, working with the General Manager to improve performance and profitability.
- Identify and develop opportunities in Ireland through our distributed model, working with our partners to achieve sales and sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute digital strategies to achieve brand targets for A-Commerce and Flossie, working with our Education Manager to upskill our sales development professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our salon partners, providing support and guidance to help them achieve sales and growth.
- Drive and report on our Hair Hero Franchise focus and achieve brand targets.
- Ensure our salon channel targets and KPIs are met, working closely with our National Sales Managers and Education Manager.
- Forecast and adjust our salon plan to meet the needs of the business, working closely with our Sales Director.
- Monitor and forecast salon performance, submitting learnings and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement national activities tailored to each salon group to maximize business potential.
- Negotiate and close agreements with top-tier salons, working closely with our National Sales Managers.
- Represent Aveda and Bumble at webinars and network events as the Head of the Salon division.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the professional salon beauty industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our salon partners.
- Strong strategic mind-set and ability to develop and execute business plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent Aveda and Bumble at webinars and network events.
- Ability to work closely with our National Sales Managers and Education Manager to achieve our targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and forecast salon performance.
