**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Four Recruitment Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and every enquiry is addressed promptly.
  • Ensure that all contractual agreements are fulfilled and that every order is accurately processed and delivered on time.
  • Identify new business opportunities that align with clients' evolving needs and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Facilitate regular client review meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Prepare and manage client KPI/SLA dashboards, ensuring transparency and accountability in performance metrics.
  • Responsible for handling incoming referrals, guiding prospective clients through the process from initial contact to becoming loyal customers.
  • Presenting, negotiating, and quoting bespoke products to meet clients' needs.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
  • Complete client tenders, ensuring all requirements are met and proposals are competitive.
  • Attend regular meetings with the Commercial Manager to review past performance, set future targets, and discuss market trends and buying behaviors.
  • Advise clients on sustainable packaging solutions that align with their environmental goals and the full lifecycle of their products.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in B2B account management, specifically in a manufacturing and/or product sector.
  • Competency in using CRM systems.
  • Proven track record in negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with existing and new customers.
