**Key Responsibilities:**
- Proactively manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring every interaction is personalized and every enquiry is addressed promptly.
- Ensure all contractual agreements are fulfilled, and every order is accurately processed and delivered on time.
- Identify new business opportunities that align with clients' evolving needs.
- Facilitate regular client review meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
- Prepare and manage client KPI/SLA dashboards, ensuring transparency and accountability in performance metrics.
- Responsible for handling incoming referrals, guiding prospective clients through the process from initial contact to becoming loyal customers.
- Presenting, negotiating, and quoting bespoke products.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Complete client tenders ensuring all requirements are met and proposals are competitive.
- Attend monthly target meetings with the Commercial Manager to review past performance against budget, set future budget target, and discuss market trends and buying behaviours.
- Advise clients on sustainable packaging solutions that align with their environmental goals and the full lifecycle of their products.
**Requirements:**
- Experience of working in B2B account management specifically in a manufacturing and/or product sector.
- Competent using CRM's.
- Proven track record in negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with both existing and new customers.
