Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Procurement Specialist to develop and implement an IT Supply Chain Strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, negotiation, and tender process management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute a new IT Supply Chain Strategy
  • Collaborate with the IT Digital Ecosystem to understand requirements and supplier challenges
  • Implement and agree new Terms and Conditions and Framework agreements
  • Collaborate with other IT Buyers and Service Delivery Leads to standardize Contract Management
  • Negotiate new Service Descriptions and an 'Evergreen' operating model
  • Lead the SAP v Coupa Work stream to transition the IT Buyers and Suppliers
  • Support junior team members and provide coaching on Process and compliance
Requirements:
  • BA degree or equivalent
  • Experience in contract management and negotiation
  • Proven track record in running a tender process end to end
  • UK national or Dual National from a non-ITAR country
