Key Responsibilities

  1. Facilities Management: Oversee the management of facilities and services across a multi-site portfolio, ensuring that all facilities meet health and safety regulations and are maintained to a high standard.
  2. Building Services: Coordinate the maintenance and security of buildings and their assets, working closely with external contractors and service providers.
  3. FM Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement FM policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  4. Service Delivery: Coordinate with other department managers to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  5. Budget Management: Manage the budget for FM services, ensuring that costs are controlled and that value for money is achieved.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a broad range of Facilities Management experience, including a strong working knowledge of building compliance regulations.
