Credit Controller

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of our credit control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent communication and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Credit Control: Oversee the entire credit control process, from initial contact to final resolution, ensuring that all debts are collected in a fair and efficient manner.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our credit control processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
