At The Sterling Choice, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety, legal, and customer standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Compliance and Quality Management: Lead and improve GMP, HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP controls to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Audit Management: Manage audits, including BRC and customer audits, to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Complaint Handling and Root Cause Analysis: Handle complaints and product conformance issues, and conduct root cause analysis to identify and implement corrective actions.
- Team Development and Coaching: Coach and develop the QC and Hygiene teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives and external audits to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of quality and safety.
- Experience: Experience working within a similar food manufacturing role, with a strong understanding of food safety and quality management principles.
- Qualifications: Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP (essential), experience with BRCGS and customer standards, and people management experience.
