Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

CK Group is recruiting for a QA Manager on behalf of a global human and animal nutrition company. The successful candidate will lead the establishment and maintenance of the quality management system, working to ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000. This role is based in Kent and is a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system
• Produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards to maintain a robust Quality Management System to meet legal requirements
• Liaise with staff across the company to ensure the quality management system is functioning properly
• Support strategic business goals by planning, directing, and coordinating activities
• Report to the MD on the effectiveness and suitability of the FSMS and QMS as part of being a member of the management team

Requirements:
• Bachelor/MSc Degree in business studies with a focus on marketing/sales or technological studies with a food focus
• High attention to detail in producing a quality output and able to maintain this when under pressure
• Food Science or Food Manufacturing Industry experience
• At least level 3 HACCP and Food Safety & Hygiene
