Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Ashton-under-Lyne

Daily Rate: £85- £95

Cover People is recruiting passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in our schools in Ashton-under-Lyne. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and social development of students with special educational needs (SEN), helping pupils to understand and regulate their emotions and behaviour.

You will work in 1:1 and group support to children with SEN, creating an inclusive environment that fosters learning and growth. If you are a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about helping children thrive, we would like to hear from you

Requirements:

  • You will need to have strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
  • You will be resilient and have extensive experience working with SEN students, with a proven track record of supporting their educational and social development.
  • You will have the ability to adapt your approach depending on the needs of the students, with a flexible and patient demeanor.
  • You will need to be resilient and passionate about helping children succeed.
