- Coordinate visa arrangements for project travel.

- Compile, manage, and distribute various reports on a weekly, monthly, and executive basis.
- Oversee the administration of new team members and departures, ensuring all necessary software and hardware are prepared.
- Maintain departmental data, including distribution lists, contact information, team CVs, and asset management.
- Assist with Oracle timesheet adjustments and expense verification.
- Manage office space, including desk assignments and meeting room bookings.
- Order supplies and manage miscellaneous departmental needs.
- Coordinate team-building activities and workshops.
- Act as a liaison for external subscription services and internal programs.
- Administer Oracle systems in support of departmental operations.
