About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Network Operations Area Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of network operations staff to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of water and wastewater services to our customers.

As a Water Network Operations Area Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of network operations staff to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of water and wastewater services to our customers.
  • Developing and implementing operational plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinating and managing the maintenance and repair of water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipes, pumps, and treatment plants.
  • Ensuring that all operations are carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a strong background in water and wastewater operations, with excellent leadership and management skills.
